John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Robert Wyatt, UK radio DJ John Peel, Python Neil Innes, even Bertrand Russell were/are fans of Ivor Cutler. A man of many talents, the term 'eccentric' seems inadequate to describe Cutler. He was a writer of songs and poems, of plays and stories, painter, cartoonist and teller of tales.
