Words cannot describe how utterly bizarre this film is. The "Proper Words" song alone is worth the price of admission, but for no extra cost you'll get "The Honk" and some puppet roleplaying. And honestly, The Fonz asking Baby Pac if he/she would go with a ghost that offered free power pellets sums up the genius of this film. Well-intentioned as all hell, but totally ridiculous and a true testament to what made the eighties so fun.
A well-intentioned but thoroughly hilarious PSA to teach kids how to be safe and not get molested. Featuring a cavalcade of celebrities, both real and cartoon. Also contained within are some of the strangest lessons of all time. Just keep an eye out for "The Honk."
